-CANCELLATION POLICY-

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee. Changes made within this time frame may result in a charge for a portion of the services booked.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, depending on the service and available time. Every effort will be made to accommodate you as best as possible.

If we have not received any communication from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a No-Show, and your card may be charged a percentage of the booked service.

Please note: Refunds are not issued for missed appointments. However, we are happy to reschedule your service for an alternative day and time that suits you.

For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, we ask that you refrain from attending your appointment if you are unwell, and we’ll gladly reschedule for a time when you're feeling better.

To maintain a calm and focused environment, we also kindly request that clients attend their appointments alone. Please do not bring friends, partners, or children unless previously arranged.

• Hand sanitiser provided throughout the salon

• All tools and surfaces thoroughly disinfected before and after each client

• Use of a medical-grade autoclave to sterilise all metal instruments

• Washing all linens and towels after every use with hospital-grade detergent

• Disposal of all single-use items after each appointment

• Gloves and face masks available upon request
